We are all reading so much about putting 2020 behind us. “Look forward and don’t even think about looking back.”

Do not get me wrong, 2021 can be such an amazing growth year. I can only speak for myself, but I have grown during this disruptive pandemic year. I am thankful for all I learned about myself. It forced me to be introspective and much more self-aware. I grew personally, professionally and spiritually. Experiencing growth in my confidence, faith and empathy, I have been drawn and committed to helping others succeed in elevating their companies or careers.
I can’t express it enough, how honored I am that so many professionals trusted me to help them to adapt their small business to the pandemic’s impact or make a challenging career change with me.
